The main coaching staff are a group of high level full-time coaching professionals whose main goals are to help players advance their skills and gain a better understanding of the game while having fun. This enhanced player development program of the GFFS will be facilitated by these carefully selected coaches and executed in a professional training environment while also communicating and encouranging the GFFS philosophy of playing the game with a rhythmic, indigenous Trinbagonian style and flair. The technical coaching staff will consist of 6 male coaches including a specialized goalkeeper coach and 2 female coaches. The GFFS daily operating team will also include a Trainer, Physiotherapist, Doctor, Paramedic and an equipment manager. The GFFS team of professionals will be ready and equipped to handle any situation that presents itself.
